If ThredUP does not accept your items, they will be shipped back to you for $10.99 or responsibly recycled.

Can I change my listing prices?

Once your items are processed, you will have a 12-hour window to update their listing prices before they go live. 

Can I adjust my listing prices once my item is live?

Yes, you can adjust your listing prices as often as you would like, as long as the item is not in a shopper’s cart.

What items does ThredUP not accept?

ThredUP currently does not accept jewelry, men’s clothing, formal gowns, items over 10 years old, items with signs of wear, or anything that is counterfeit. 

How long do items stay on ThredUP?

Items will stay live on the platform for 60-90 days, depending on the brand. Make sure to claim your items within the 7-day window period before they expire, as expired items belong to ThredUP and are not able to be reclaimed.
