What happens if you forget to clock out at the end of a gig?

If you forget to clock out or leave before your check-out is completed, this will result in payment delays. You can contact customer support to resolve this issue.

What happens if I cancel a shift on Instawork?

Canceling a shift in-app will increase your cancellation rate. High cancellation rates will negatively affect your access to future shifts and disqualify you from Instawork Top Pro rewards for the next month.
